1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Plateful website, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Platform.

2. Use of Our Services

Plateful provides a platform connecting users ("Customers") with local restaurants and food trucks ("Merchants").

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Orders and Payments

• Ordering: When you place an order through Plateful, you are entering into a contract with the Merchant. We act as an agent to facilitate the transaction.
• Pricing: Prices are determined by the Merchants. We may charge service fees or delivery fees, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
• Payments: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and fees.
• Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to the Merchant's policy and the status of the order. Refunds are processed at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. User Content

Our Platform allows you to post reviews, ratings, and other content ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content on our Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Plateful and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Plateful.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Plateful, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
